I am medically fit and understand that I enter the race at my own risk and that the organisers and associated organisations will in no way be held responsible for any injuries incurred to my person during or as a result of this event.
I am an amateur as defined by U.K.A. rules and will be 15 years or over on 9th September 2012.
Entrants aged 15 - 17
A Parent or Guardian must accept the declaration on behalf of entrants aged 15-17. The Parent/Guardian must enter their name, date of birth and telephone number where indicated below if applicable.
